mazda 5 dpf regen

       i had a 2005 Mazda 5 2.0 diesel for DPF regen yesterday it took a few attempts to do it and at the end maxisys said (lost communication with vehicle) but it did actually regen has anyone else seen this.

     It has happen to me to. But in the end it has done the DPF regenration.

    Next time I will try by connecting the USB cable.

    But this already has happen with others tool.

     thanks Pedro its good to know is it just with Mazda or do others do it also,

     So far, that issue only happens in Mazda.

    I know it will be launch a new update in October or in November.

    Every time you find a issue, please create a datalog and send it to Autel.

    And inform them by email, to support@autel.com that you have sent a datalog.


    Doing this, we will help the engineers solved this problem in the next update.

    For DPF regeneration function, now we are reviewing to correct or add it.

      support the function is there and it works you just don't know whats happening. it says it has lost communication but is actually running and completes the regen.

     Thanks for your explanation, yes, maybe it is a bug in software, our engineer is checking and reviewing this function, and will correct it soon.
